I love Friday. But who doesn't? This week has been especially tough mainly due to the fact that on Monday in Kansas City it felt like summer and today there is snow on the ground. Not what I expected for May 3rd (at it makes
everyone grumpy). I decided this was Mother Nature's way of telling me to lay off the running for a week and give my body a break. It felt good. Back at it tomorrow with a lovely 8 miles (taper week) on a treadmill due to travel + bad weather.
Cheers to the last month of training... and maybe the last month of running I do in a very, very long time :)

Yesterday - none
Today - early a.m. tabata class
Tomororw - 8 miles on the tread, I hope.
